Randy O’Donnell Principal

Randy’s project experience has run the gamut of size and scope—from $500,000 to over $10 million and office remodels to new construction. Prior to co-founding O’Donnell/Snider Construction, he honed his skills at Gierhart/Vaughn and Tellepsen Corp. on a wide variety of projects, including medical, office, industrial, retail, and country clubs.

Trey Snider  Principal

Specializing in high-end interiors, Trey has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. His projects, which include office, retail, and medical, total more than 15 million square feet of commercial interior space. Having a degree in Finance, he also oversees the majority of the firm’s business affairs, including contract development and marketing.

Well-liked by clients for his professionalism and easy-going nature, he has garnered numerous outstanding testimonials and has generated a large number of referrals and repeat business.

Terry Atmar V.P. Operations

Mr. Atmar joined O’Donnell/ Snider Construction, Inc. in 1998.  His background in ground-up construction includes both commercial and residential projects.

Mr. Atmar possesses proven experience in corporate interiors including several law firms, complex computer rooms and fiber-optic switch rooms, labs, record storage facilities and technical training centers.
