Energy Transfer Partners, has been a repeat client of OSC’s since 2011

The largest project to date, which spans 2017/2018, is multi-phased and comprised of 9-floors of demolition, interior fit out and commissioning of partially occupied space.

The project approach was mapped out in a way that mitigates impact to existing operations, minimizes ETP employee’s exposure to sound, dust, debris and general exposure to day-to-day construction activities. The lobby renovation includes high-end Brochsteins display cases and reception desk; offices utilize DIRTT fronts and complete refresh and renovation of the bulk of the floors; new loading dock configuration & security office, roll-up security doors.
