Cemex is a Mexican multinational building materials company

that manufactures and distributes cement, ready-mix concrete and aggregates in more than 50 countries.

For their office project, O’Donnell/Snider committed to exceeding the base building schedule and leading the preconstruction process to ensure smooth delivery. The 82,326 SF space includes an executive wing with CEO office, a boardroom with state of the art A/V and Video Conferencing, and a breakroom. The employee office space is separated into “cubes” via DIRTT walls and features 100% LED lighting.

The build includes many natural finishes such as polished concrete floors and plaster walls, ceilings and stair finish. These all emulate concrete cast-in-place walls. The main focal point of Cemex’s office is a custom spiral stair case. This grand stair highlights the architectural and artistic vision for the space. Cemex requested an expedited 20 week schedule and our team delivered on this goal. This project is certified LEED Gold.
