This project was a first generation build out in a single story retail suite

The location adjoins to residential towers and its proximity to these spaces required the utmost care from our team in controlling safety at the site. These efforts were aided by the fact that site and suite access are both separate from the residential tower. Measures were taken to mitigate dust and noise in areas adjacent to our build as well. O’Donnell/Snider provided all building construction components including underground electrical and plumbing rough in. We also managed all components of the above ground slab build-out. The restaurant’s interior consisted of the dining room, full professional kitchen, bar and restrooms. The finishes featured bright colors and dramatic wall insets, accented by grand floor to ceiling curtains.
