OSC has completed multiple successful projects with Boston Consulting Group. Their initial build-out was completed in two phases while the tenant occupied half of the floor during construction. In subsequent projects, OSC has teamed with BCG in their continual expansion, to include construction of an internal stair connecting two of their floors. This space features a custom light fixture package, lacquer wood ceilings and stained veneer wood ceilings. In addition, leather panels in the elevator lobby, sliding glass partitions, DIRTT wall office fronts and a back painted glass marker boards is featured in the conference room. Teamwork, clear communication and exceptional quality have made BCG a satisfied repeat client.
