Delivering Consistency

This confidential Houston-based U.S. natural gas terminal developer expanded their office space, adding an entire additional floor to their downtown Houston location. The expansion took the existing finishes of the original floor and continued them onto the addition. Remaining cohesive with the old space, the new space featured wood panel walls, stone accents, open workstations, a spacious breakroom, lounge spaces for informal meetings and conference huddle rooms along the perimeter on both ends of the floor.
