The new space is located on the second floor of an existing building within one of Houston’s oldest and high-end shopping destinations situated a half-mile west of the university. The building’s ground floor, where the university’s new admin office resides, is utilized as retail space. The scope of work included the demolishing of the existing space and build back and included the construction of a new exterior stairway was incorporated into the renovations, creating a direct visitor path separate from the ground floor foot traffic.
