In the first phase, changing the driveway led our teams to rework the existing landscaping. We added water features, event canopies, and new plants to create a relaxing and usable outdoor environment.
The Galleria I parking garage features a new five-stop elevator addition. Our team repainted the garage exterior, and updated the interior finishes to match the new aesthetic. In addition to cleaning and refurbishing the existing travertine skin, we added a new common corridor and refinished the restrooms in Galleria Place I.
Galleria Place II received a complete repaint of the exterior skin cladding as well. Our team uniquely repurposed the basement in order to take maximum advantage of Galleria Place II’s square footage. The space houses a new Fitness Center, Conference Room, and Pre-function Area for collaboration. Other building management and operations modifications include work in the upper floor corridors and restrooms. The finishes are consistent throughout the entire building and match those in Galleria Place I.
