New facility positioning GMN Bearing USA to do what they love best: Better serve their customers!

When GMN Bearing USA was ready to relocate its headquarters, they hired O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC), in partnership with Inventure, to design and construct a new 24,000-square-foot facility that was equipped to suit their needs. This Design-Build project is broken up into (3) different areas: 8,000 square feet of office space, 8,000 square feet of warehouse space, and 8,000 square feet of shell space on the second floor for future growth. Constant communication was a key factor in the project’s success. The OSC team was ready for the challenge and exceeded our client’s expectations.
