2025 HBJ LANDMARK AWARDS WINNER | Finalist

Group 1 Automotive recently engaged O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) to build their new multi-level Headquarters in Town Centre. As one of the largest automotive dealership groups in the United States, Group 1 Automotive’s project scope includes the demolition and build-back of a reception area to welcome their guests and new conference rooms, multiple huddle rooms, private offices, and open work areas for their employees. Additionally, MAARS demountable walls will be installed throughout the two-floor space, which will feature a new monumental staircase connecting both levels to the reception area.
