OSC collaborated with Hicks Thomas and Ziegler Cooper on the law firm’s relocation and office expansion through a complete demolition and remodel of the new space. The new office incorporates various high end finishes inclusive of Italian marble floors in reception and conference room, large panel ceiling tile, and custom lighting. Soundproofing was achieved by double rock walls constructed to deck throughout the suite. A grand feature of note is the glass operable walls enclosing the conference rooms, that open onto the reception area to be utilized by the client as needed. Additionally, the scope included breakrooms, various types of offices and installation of a generator. Through OSC’s continued relationship with Ziegler Cooper and excellent communication with the client, the project’s milestones were completed successfully and on schedule.
