A Building as Beautiful as its Product

Pomogranit Stones, Inc., commissioned O’Donnell/Snider Construction (OSC) to convert a historic Washington Avenue showroom into a modern location that features their exotic natural stone, tiles and mosaics from around the world. The Architect team incorporated the client’s product throughout every aspect of the build, allowing prospective buyers to not only browse through the materials, but to walk a space that was built with them. The OSC team emphasized open communication with the owners to assure that the project was executed to their specifications. In addition to the impressive showroom, the space includes a new mezzanine, an observation area, a hospitality kitchen, exposed ceilings and a staircase made of one of the more unique style marbles they sell. By incorporating elements sold by the company, this space became uniquely Pomogranit Stone, Inc.
