Two Sigma is an investment firm headquartered in New York with a local Houston branch.

O’Donnell/Snider Construction partnered with Two Sigma and Interior Architects to complete the Hines building space in the Fall of 2015.

The design is modern open concept with exposed ceilings throughout and a mixture of carpet and polished concrete for the flooring. Build Out included custom felt ceiling panels in a specialized training and presentation area, built in fitness center, two open activities areas, a reading library, and custom graphics throughout. The break area has two separate sections, one for snack distribution and the other for more traditional break room functions (including the microwave, Subzero fridges, Italian espresso machine) There is also a back of house soft kitchen prep area that mans an in-house caterer.
